EXTRAS

For Training:
  • Refreshments (selection of teas, coffees and biscuits) at £1 per person per serving
  • Projector: £25
  • Laptop: £15
  • Projector screen: £10
  • Flipchart stand: £2.50 & £7.50 to include pens and paper
  • Photocopying: 10p per side of A4 / 15 per side of A3 

For Events:
• Large Group charge: There is an additional service charge of £25 should your event involve more than fifty people.
 

PRIVATE PARTIES

Residents of Bristol can hire our rooms for birthdays, weddings, funerals or baby blessings.
Our rate for hiring the Main Hall (Room1) is £30 per hour and we charge separately for the Kitchen £23 per hour.
If you would like to hire a smaller hall for your Private Party please refer to the Statutory & Private rates in the table.

CHILDREN'S PARTIES

We have a number of rooms that can accommodate a Children's Party.
  • The bigger ones: Room 1, 9 and 12 can be hired for £20 per hour and the smaller ones Room 7 and Room 8 are priced at £15 per hour.
  • We require £25 cash deposit for Children's party. 
  • You need to include your set up time and clear up time in the time of your booking.
  • You are welcome to bring your own refreshments or we can arrage it at additional cost.
  • If you would like to book a bouncy castle for your party you can organise it through Bristol Fun For Hire.You can find further information on their website here.

MEMBER'S DISCOUNTS

Community and Voluntary groups may be eligible for the reduced rates listed above only if they become members. Membership categories based on yearly income are outline below:

• A upto £2,500 = £15
• B £2,500 - £5,000 = £20
• C £5,000 - £10,000 = £25
• D £10,000 £20,000 = £30
• E £20,000 - £40,000 = £35
• F over £40,000 = £50

HIRE TIMES

​• Monday to Thursday: 9 am to 10 pm
• Friday and Saturday: 9 am to midnight
• Sunday 9 am to 11 pm
